Kindly note: Your party date is not confirmed until we receive both the signed Rental Agreement and the deposit. Reservations are made on a first come, first served basis.
Once submitted, you will receive an email regarding date availability. Please allow 1–2 business days for confirmation.

Party Cost

  • $100.00 deposit turned in with rental agreement 
  • $100.00 due at time of party $200.00 Total

General Party Rules

  • non-refundable $100 deposit is required to secure party date and due at the time of reservation. The remaining balance is due on the date of your party. 
  • Once deposit and signed Rental Agreement are received, a confirmation email will be sent with the details of your reservation and your party will be scheduled on the calendar.
  • Exact Cash or checks (made payable to Walnut Ridge Baptist Church) are accepted. Sorry no credit cards.
  •  In the event of illness or other emergency, you may reschedule your party based on availability up to one time without additional fees if you email WRBC staff prior to your party time. Please email Lisa at indoorplayground@walnutridge.org 
  • In the event of building closure due to inclement weather, WRBC reserves the right to cancel/reschedule any scheduled party. 
  • Please be aware that there is a limited amount of time between parties. Therefore, it is important for each party begin and end at the scheduled time. 
  • You may arrive no earlier than 30 minutes prior to your scheduled party time. 
  • WRBC will not be responsible for items left after your party. Please leave the playground and party areas left in the condition found. 
  • The party host is available for pre-party set up, light post-party cleanup in foyer, serving, keeping your party on schedule, and to watch for safety concerns. 
  • Any special requests, guest entertainers, caterers, etc. need to be approved by WRBC staff at the time of reservation. Special requests may include anything not specifically covered in this agreement. No face painting is allowed. 
  • Kitchen/microwaves are not available. Please do not tape anything on windows or walls. Balloons are to be weighted and may only be used in foyer. 
  • Alcoholic beverages are not allowed on the premises

Playground Rules

  • Children must be supervised by a parent/guardian at all times. 
  • The party host is not there to monitor children. 
  • All children and adults must wear socks. Please include this in your invitations. 
  • No food, drinks, or gum allowed in playground. 
  • Please follow all posted playground Rules. Play at your own risk. 
  • The party host has the right to enforce the posted playground rules.
